Vertical Structures occupies a unique position in the communications industry. Unlike other companies that provide only tower structural analysis or construction services, Vertical maintains a tight integration of engineering, design, fabrication, and installation efforts.

We feel this gives our customers the best opportunity to upgrade the capacity of their structures in an expedient and economical manner. 

Founded in December of 2000 Vertical Structures brings over 20 years of tower design, and construction expertise to our customers. Formerly Minerich Telecommunications, key employees of Vertical Structures include project managers, engineers, and field staff that made Minerich Telecommunications the premier provider of microwave and cellular towers in the United States. Customers such as Sprint, Norfolk Southern, MCI, and AT&T depended on the employees of Vertical Structures to build and enhance their communications systems.

Many of Vertical Structures' key employees including Woody Allyn, Paul Taylor, Johnie Barnes, Carl Allen, Kenneth Benton, Danny Lainhart, and John Mathis began working together at Minerich Telecommunications.
